Acceptance
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Pro at $19/month, Studio at $49/month) are billed monthly via Stripe until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
The free Starter plan includes 10 renders per month, tracked by device identifier. Attempting to circumvent this limit may result in access suspension.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to generate thumbnails that contain illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the rendering engine.
- Generated thumbnails are yours to use commercially under your own responsibility — ensure you have rights to any trademarks or likenesses depicted.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the video titles you submit and the thumbnails generated from them. The ThumbnailAICreator platform, its branding, and its source code remain our property.
Disclaimers
CTR scores and audit results are estimates generated by AI models. They are not guarantees of performance. We are not liable for decisions made based on these scores.
The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
