Last updated: October 2026. We collect the minimum needed to run the engine and process your subscription.
Data we collect
When you generate thumbnails, we store the video title, genre, and aspect ratio you submit, along with the generated image URL and CTR audit results. These are stored as render-cache records to avoid redundant re-renders.
When you subscribe, we store the email you used at checkout and your Stripe subscription status (plan, active/canceled, renewal date). We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment information.
How we use it
Render-cache records allow us to return identical thumbnails instantly on repeat requests. Subscription records allow us to gate unlimited generation to active subscribers and display your plan status.
We never sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
- Stripe — processes all payments. Your card data never touches our servers.
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic analytics to improve the product.
- Google Search Console — search performance indexing.
Cookies & local storage
We use local storage to remember your client identifier (for free-tier render counting) and your subscription email (if you've subscribed). No tracking cookies are used for advertising.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your render history and subscription records at any time by contacting us. Canceling your subscription immediately stops renewal but does not automatically delete historical records.
